About Us

We provide high quality care and education for young children, working in partnership with parents and carers.  We have a safe and stimulating environment which offers your child the opportunity to meet and play with children their own age, to help build on what they already know and move their learning and development forward.  We are an experienced and passionate team to help support your child and you as a family.

We are registered with both Ofsted and the Surrey Early Years Child Care Service.  We are situated in a bright, open and well maintained modern village hall, with loads of open space on our doorstep to use.

We care for children between the ages of 2 and 5 and accept all forms of government funding (FEET, 15 hrs and 30 hrs - see registration and fees for types of funding).

Our Mission Statement

We provide every child with a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment which fits each child individually.

Our aim is to provide a home like environment demonstrating love, friendship, trust, respect of one another, independence, positive behaviour, fun and a love of learning.  We offer small class sizes and a high staff ratio.  This enables staff to build solid relationships with our children allowing us to have a strong and positive impact on all areas of a child’s development by giving each child individual attention that is essential in their early years of education.

We offer a broad range of activities to help promote and support Personal, Social and Emotional development, Physical development and all areas of Communication and Language.  With a mixture of adult led activities (group and 1:1) and plenty of time for independent play and exploration we encourage a child to choose how and what to engage in.  We believe in empowering children by offering them opportunities to make decisions and solve problems in turn, with support, this will build confidence in their abilities and establish lasting relationships.

As a team we view education as a partnership between parents and teachers.  We believe in building a good rapport with each child and parent based on open communication - newsletters, email, text, review meetings, moments of conversation at drop off / collection times and mutual respect.

We look forward to welcoming you to our setting.
